This Affiliate agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the Eventsona affiliate program operated by Ordafy Limited (Company Number: 16063522). By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
Affiliates promote Eventsona by sharing referral links or codes. When a qualifying referral results in eligible activity (such as a new organizer publishing a paid event or a completed venue booking, as defined in your affiliate dashboard), you may earn commission subject to this Agreement and program settings at the time of the referral.
2. Eligibility & application
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. Applications are reviewed at our discretion; approval is not guaranteed. We may require identity, tax, or payout verification before paying commissions. Affiliates must provide accurate information and keep payout details current in the affiliate dashboard.
3. Qualifying referrals
A referral is tracked when a new user signs up through your unique link or code and completes qualifying actions defined in the program (for example organizer onboarding, first paid ticket sale, or venue booking completion). Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals that violate our Terms are not eligible. Attribution windows and cookie duration are shown in your dashboard and may be updated with notice.
4. Commissions & payouts
- Commission rates, qualifying events, and currency are defined in your affiliate dashboard and may vary by campaign or region.
- Commissions are typically earned only after the underlying transaction is completed and any refund or chargeback window has passed.
- We may withhold, adjust, or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, policy violations, cancelled orders, or disputes.
- Payouts are made on the schedule and minimum threshold shown in the dashboard, via the payout method we support (for example Stripe or bank transfer where available). You are responsible for any taxes on commission income.

5. Marketing rules
You may use approved brand assets and messaging we provide. You must not imply you are employed by Eventsona or Ordafy Limited unless we agree in writing. Disclosures required by law (for example "affiliate link" or "ad") must be clear and conspicuous. Paid search ads bidding on Eventsona trademarks or confusingly similar terms may be restricted or prohibited as stated in program guidelines.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing
- Cookie stuffing, fake traffic, or manipulation of tracking
- Referrals involving illegal content, hate speech, or adult content without approval
- Violations of our Terms, Privacy Policy, or applicable law
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for breach of this Agreement, inactivity, or program changes. Upon termination, unpaid commissions that are not yet eligible for payout may be forfeited. Sections that by nature should survive (including liability limits and governing law in our Terms) continue to apply.
8. Liability
The affiliate program is provided as described in your dashboard. We do not guarantee any level of earnings. Our liability to you is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
